Here it is guys, that 1st photo of the new, soon to be amazing, pleached beech hedge. (I am dreaming big here!) It is in it's utmost infancy; a little troupe of brave hedglings at their first day at big school. But aren't they doing well? Standing tall? We all have high hopes for these little fellas.......
Enjoy your weekend xxx

ReplyDeleteCarrie,
ReplyDeleteIt's been fun to watch this garden grow. I love seeing this little one beginning their journey up. Do they get very big?
I have fond, and not so fond memories, of hedges in England. The ones on the smaller roads are very intimidating, No, actually they're downright scary. We once met a huge tractor coming down the road and trying to figure how to off the road and not INTO the hedge was rather challenging.
However, I assume your hedge will not be quite so intimidating:~)
don't fear- the hedge will be pleached and very well behaved!
