It's all Rubbish

The wind came and ruined everything two nights ago. Well by everything I mean the wee mini greenhouse blew over and some of the newest seed trays went ass over tip and thus they all need re-sown. There were some glorious broad beans too though, looking oh so good, but now we shall have to salvage what we can and start again with them too. Oh woe, is us!!

I too have been going through a flippin' nightmare of a time with my mental health and have barely been able to string a sentence together. Lots of rest and just doing nought has been the orders of the last few days and you know I hate that, but needs must.

I have been looking at lovely recipes and pictures and posting them on my Pinterest board so I don't lose them.  This is one I think is just too cute and useful not to share... Not my work sadly, the original comes from here

Hope to be back on the blogging horse soon and we have plans, of course, for the weekend :)

* I also have some lovely ingredients at hand for another tasty recipe....

* I'm taking part in the #100happydays movement on Instagram too - http://instagram.com/chrryblossomtat2

  2. Love, love, love that poster. My little greenhouse blew over last year. SUCH a mess, and so many little plants lost. Sorry to hear that things have been rough lately, I do hope you're feeling more positive soon. CJ xx

    1. I think we were lucky it happened so early on, not much had become full grown seedlings so it was just sad that it happened. I'll rally through CJ, had a good day yesterday, bad today - good tomorrow?? Hugs xxx

  4. I've been wanting one of the little greenhouses, but we get some heavy winds here and I've always been afraid it would take off for the Land of Oz. Sorry, you've been feeling down. Hope you're up and about soon!

    1. Don't let our silly mistake stop you from getting one - they're great, we always have one, just this year 'someone' forgot to secure it and put paving slabs on the bottom shelf....silly! I had a good Sunday, bad today but the rest of the week will be fabulous!! hugs xxxxx

  5. Sorry to hear that your mini greenhouse blew over, that is the downside of them unless they are well secured and sheltered.
That's a terrific poster. Take care, Flighty xx

  7. We have had that happen in previous years. We got around it by putting a layer of either bricks or small paving stones on the bottom shelf (plants can sit on top of them). Nothings moves that!

  8. Weather setbacks... it is bad, but it happens. Just stay in for a couple of days, drink tea, be warm and get lots of hugs... I hope you are feeling better soon. I know right now it seems like all is bad, because the planties got destroyed and your mood is so sad and it piles on, but I hope it gets better soon. Hugs.
